As Seeb is a tranquil district in the city of Muscat, Oman, with ready infrastructure, a rich history, and numerous cultural and historical landmarks. Its location along the Gulf of Oman offers many opportunities for beach recreation. The coastline is lined with beautiful beaches, the main one being Seeb Beach. Here, there are great spots for diving, snorkeling, and fishing, where one can catch tuna and dorado.

The coast is also home to the Royal Guard and the Sultan's residence—Bait Al Barakah Royal Palace, a palace not open to the public.

The district's center is adorned by the Al-Khoud Dam wadi with a family park set against a backdrop of mountains and blooming palm trees. The southern part of the district is perfect for desert safaris.

As Seeb has a well-developed social, commercial, and entertainment infrastructure. It hosts a branch of one of Europe's leading technical universities, GUtech, Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), Indian School Al Maabela (ISAM), Arab Open University - Oman, Middle East College, Gulf College. There are clinics and kindergartens.

For shopping, there are large shopping centers like Syed Fayyaz Plaza, Walmart, and LuLu Hypermarket, as well as many grocery markets and stores selling building materials, household goods, electronics, and more.

Visitors can explore the Royal Stables, Almuriyat Equestrian center for horse riding, IAS Engineering Consultancy cricket field, football fields, and stadiums. As Seeb is home to football clubs Al-Seeb and Al-Shabab, offering ample sports facilities in the district.
